With a remarkable 28 years of industrial experience, predominantly in the pharmaceutical sector, Andy stands as a beacon of knowledge and expertise.


As a Formulation/Process Consultant for Keller Consulting based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, Andy has been instrumental in assisting clients from the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. His role encompasses tackling complex formulation and process issues, making him an invaluable asset to our training program. Moreover, his involvement as an instructor at AAPS further cements his standing as a knowledgeable and seasoned educator.

Before joining Health Canada, Andy's journey at GlaxoSmithKline in Canada as a Senior Pharmaceutics Scientist spanned 18 years. His leadership in developing new chemical entities across various dosage forms, especially solid oral dosage forms, led to significant contributions to the field. His expertise in formulating both immediate and controlled release tablets, utilizing both conventional and proprietary technologies like Procise® and DiffCORE®, is unparalleled.


Andy's patent in the United States for a novel approach to assessing the flow of pharmaceutical powders speaks volumes about his innovative spirit and deep understanding of material properties. His role in spearheading efforts in Design for Manufacture at GSK through the application of PAT and experimental design showcases his forward-thinking approach and commitment to excellence.
