Thanks (+ a special AAPS offer) from Liam @ Elevated Signals:

Alumni special offer from Elevated Signals 🌿

On Wednesday we were pleased to welcome back Liam from the cannabis software experts, Elevated Signals, to speak to students on the CAN15 course. He covered:

Brief overview of the ever changing cannabis-software landscape
The importance of having a agile and paperless system
A demo of the Elevated Signals platform which includes batch production, quality compliance, and environmental data
Exclusive referral fee for AAPS students & graduates (more below)

Evolution of software in cannabis

The legal cannabis industry is so young that a software company like ours has to be extremely agile in our approach to development. We work closely with producers of all shapes and sizes to make sure that the platforms we build enable them to stay competitive and compliant as the industry continues to evolve.

We kicked off our session with a brief look at the evolution of software in the cannabis market. Regulations have changed significantly since 2014, and the technology that was developed for ACMPR regulations, is still largely being used today - despite the fact that it often requires a great deal of manual input from QA and Ops teams.
Tantalus Labs: Ditching spreadsheets to build a industry leading QA program

To demonstrate how modern software can reduce this heavy lifting, I used part of the session to speak to Vinodha Chetty, who is the QA Manager at Tantalus Labs. She talks about the transition her team made from a spreadsheet-based Seed-to-Sale system to an industry-leading and scalable QA software program.

To round off the talk, I walked through the Elevated Signals platform - demonstrating how our software reduces pain points and supports the day-to-day work of QAs. Here’s an snapshot of how our software differs from Seed-to-Sale, ERP and QMS:
Referral offer for AAPS alumni

Finally, we’d like to extend a special offer exclusive to those on AAPS courses! If there is a facility you believe would benefit from adopting our software, all you need to do is introduce us and - if the platform is implemented - you’ll receive a generous kick-back. Contact us & mention this guest lecture to find out more! (T&C apply).

We’d love to stay connected to everyone at AAPS - if you have any questions about our software or interested in another demo, please drop us a line on liam@elevatedsignals.com or find us in the usual places: Twitter, LinkedIn & Instagram.
