Health Canada’s Cannabis Regulations mandates that licensed holders must not sell or export a cannabis product unless testing requirements are met for each lot or batch. Before cannabis product can be made available for sale, the Quality Assurance Person (QAP) must approve test results by signing off the Certificate of Analysis (C of A). As the C of A is a technical document in nature, QA without laboratory experience can find it difficult to fully understand.
