🔬 Meet Our Expert Instructor for "Drug Formulation and Manufacturing 101" 🧪

Greetings!

We are excited to introduce you to Mr. Andy Tallevi, the distinguished instructor for our upcoming workshop, "Drug Formulation and Manufacturing 101".

Andy is well-versed in pharmaceutical development, GMP requirements, and has contributed significantly to audits by Health Canada and the FDA. With 28 years of industrial experience, primarily in the Pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Tallevi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this course.

With a specialty in solid oral dosage forms and experience in both immediate and controlled release tablets, Andy's expertise spans proprietary technologies and innovative solutions. Holding a US patent for a novel pharmaceutical powder flow assessment approach, his commitment to process optimization through Design for Manufacture, PAT, and experimental design has been a hallmark of his career.

Prior to this, he held a key role as Senior Pharmaceutics Scientist at GlaxoSmithKline, where he led projects involving new chemical entities in varying dosage forms.

Andy is also recognized for his understanding of material properties crucial for formulation success. His academic journey began with a B.Sc. major in Chemistry from the University of Toronto, and he now resides in Mississauga with his wife and two children.
