Over the course of six weeks, the workshop will cover a wide array of topics including the fundamentals of HPLC, preparation of mobile phases, samples, and standards, instrument calibration, system suitability tests, and column setup and troubleshooting. Additionally, it provides practical experience with HPLC systems such as Agilent and Waters, navigation through analytical software like Millennium (Empower) and ChemStation, and a comprehensive look at method validation and technology transfer, along with documentation and compliance.
Participants will conclude the workshop with a profound understanding of HPLC principles, enhanced proficiency in instrument calibration, and the ability to implement methods and troubleshoot effectively, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and documentation standards.
