Parviz has taught Quality Assurance, Food Processing, Food Plant Sanitation, and Food Chemistry at reputed academic institutions, including Seneca College, Centennial College, and Toronto Metropolitan University. His industry employment has included operational and product quality environments at organizations such as MaxSoy Foods, Kisco Products, and Pharm and IP-adjacent manufacturing responsibility at Teva Canada, enabling him to translate preventive food safety theory into validated plant-level HACCP design, CCP monitoring integrity, and GFSI benchmarking equivalence.
He holds an M.Sc. in Food Science from the University of Guelph, a credential that supports his scientific grounding in HACCP architecture, hazard analysis, CCP validation, monitoring verification, sanitation traceability systems, and procedural compliance for GFSI certification frameworks. His current work extends to providing consulting and technical support to food and allied manufacturing environments, ensuring systems design is auditable, documented, and operationally valid across sectors including dairy, bakery, beverages, and ready-to-eat manufacturing lines.
